LinkBasically just been trapped in a harmful relationship (and my own habits) for a few months now
You should try to break free from that relationship if you cant and try to get rid of those bad habits
Last time I blocked her she gaslit me and ended up triggering my deepest sense of trauma (long story short that I don't like to talk about) so honestly I'm not sure how to get out of anything at this point
