Merro watches as a veil of darkness lifts from around her. She had only been inside of the Lunar Pyramid mere moments ago, and now she was back at the place of her first triumph as a Guardian. The Black Garden. She gazed at the green, whispy sky above her and the plateaus surrounding the dimension, and for miles and miles in every direction was a sea of red and white flowers. “What the hell?” She wondered out loud. “You made it.” A voice spoke behind Merro, one that sounded exactly like hers. She turned to face them, and saw a figure clothed in black, red and aqua. They radiated a dark, powerful aura as they slowly approached. “We have heard your cries for help, and soon we will answer.” Merro couldn’t move, she couldn’t do anything but stare at this masked being, petrified by the perfect similarity of their voices. “…Who are you?” We’re the only words she could produce as she tried composing herself. The figure chuckled and continued to step forward as they removed their helmet.
