LinkYou guys have such cute OCs omg
And the plot: Your OC is wandering the woods on a cool, cloudy night, when they suddenly come across a plane they'd never found before. They continue through the tall grass only to discover a path leading to an old cabin. Your OC approaches to investigate, and they can see my OC pacing back and forth inside. Thus, the story begins-

Tusk jumped, startled by hearing a voice other than his own. He then recognized Bugser and quickly calmed down, "Aw man, you startled me. The door's unlocked, you can come in."
(I'm assuming he's still outside haha).
Tusk motioned to the front door, which was busted to splinters. It looked like someone broke in.
Tusk hadn't stopped pacing. Glass shards shined within the dim lantern light that radiated from the ceiling lamp. Upon closer inspection, it could be seen that the place was a mess. The contents of bookshelves were scattered everywhere. Chairs rested on their sides..
"Something came in last night. I don't know what, but something big. I think I got robbed, but everything's here!"
Tusk grumbled, his lips curling at the thought of what hid in that creepy basement.
(If you guys wanna use this as an opportunity to jump in, use this. Otherwise the rest of this comment is void)
Crunching hay and rustling grass grew louder from outside which caused Tusk to spin around in fright, "Who's there?" He shouted at the door.
(I found your drawing of her again- i love how you drew her ^^ also here are two examples, i think i mayyy go for the 1st person))
[Subject's Actions]: *She was rustling around in the basements, her ears perked up. She was making a commotion down there*
[Subject's POV]: *I was searching around in the basement, hungry. I would have stayed up in the top floor, but I had heard people coming. I heard noise of the two creatures up above talking about beating me up, giving me a small flashback and making me growl quietly in anger*

(Restating on this acc cause i feel like it lmao)
*My ears pricked up as I growled again, my tail flicking behind me. I explored the basement of the cabin, wincing the from the loud noises I was making, before growling at myself, annoyed. I then spotted a box- woah a box, it seemed so cozy to sit in. I was acting somewhat like a cat instead of a dragon, as my soulmate was a mutated, more human, cat version of me*
(Alright, I guess we're going without Jayden)
Tusk heard the shuffling of Styrofoam peanuts near the back of the basement. The noise sent a tremor down his spine, but he stood tall, "I don't wanna hurt anybody, but I will if I have to. This is your last warning! Please make yourself known!" He raised his voice loud enough to where all corners of the room could hear him, but it wouldn't echo.
Tusk rolled up the sleeves of his jacket, "You had your chance,"
His eyes had adjusted to the darkness, and now he had a more detailed image of the world around him. He noticed a stack of boxes in the far corner of the room. They'd been neatly emptied and sorted after his grandparents had moved in, but the empty boxes and their cushion-like filler still remained. That was his target.
Tusk threw his half-broken glass behind the boxes. It exploded against the cement wall which scattered flickering shards into the darkness. He attempted to use it as a distraction, because now, his heavy body charged mercilessly into the stack. He looked like a bowling ball aimed straight for a strike.
(Pfft, no, you're fine. I'm drawing in the bg so I may be slower to reply)
Tusk slammed forearms-first into the wall with a thin layer of crushed cardboard to cushion him. An explosion of packing peanuts shot into the air like a blizzard. He turned tails, ducking low in an attempt to see under the flurry of foam, but he couldn't see who'd escaped his charge. He stayed still and let the peanuts fall over him at an attempt at cover, and he waited for more movement to catch his eye.
Tusk's heavy footsteps made the wooden floors scream under his weight. His heartbeat pounded in his throat and the slits of his eyes drew needle-thin. He'd reverted to all-fours as he searched the house for the intruder. He knew they hadn't escaped the window or door because they seemed too big to fit through in such little time. This lead him to the kitchen, which turned up empty. The only two rooms remaining were the bedroom and bathroom. The only entrance to the bathroom was in the bedroom, so he knew they were cornered regardless.
"Look, I don't want to hurt you, I just want to talk," His voice dropped deep within his chest. He didn't mean to sound threatening, but the adrenaline left bitter feeling in his body. That was when he noticed the blood on the floor. He'd stopped at the entrance and stood up on two legs, watching the red liquid sparkle in the dim light. He noticed something purple poke from under the bed,
"You're hurt," He announced, "I can help you. I promise, I'm unarmed. Come out."
(Technically her blood is purple oops I think i forgot to state that))
*I backed away more under the bed, cowering in the back. I didn't trust the mean tone in his voice, and I didn't want to come out, even though the shards of glass hurt a lot in my back. I didn't want to move and I growled at him, trying to make him back away, though it didn't sound threatening at all*
(Ah shoot, you're right. I completely forgot about the blood color XD Also, yeah! Let's do it :D)
Tusk huffed, scratching the back of his head waiting for an idea to pop into his head. Maybe he could do something to win their trust? But what? A long moment of pause gave way to a thought that might work. He locked the door behind him and walked calmly to the bathroom. He grabbed a towel and a small bottle of rubbing alcohol. He then returned to where he was and sat down front of the door with the items at hand. He wrapped the bottle with the towel and then rolled it under the bed, keeping his distance. "The bottle has alcohol in it. If you pour it over your wound, it'll sting, but it'll clean it. The towel can help stop the bleeding. I'mma stay right here. I promise I won't come any closer."
(To you as well :D)
One could practically hear the grinding of gears within Tusk's thick skull. He knew food was the answer to trust, but he didn't know if he could trust them to stay where they were while he retrieved some. To earn trust is to give it, right?
"If you stay here, I'll get you some food and drink, but you need to stay in this room, got it? Tap the bed-frame twice if you understand."
Dawner huffed, unlocking the door. He let himself through then closed it behind him. The kitchen was still a mess, and he tried to balance his way between the occasional dish that littered the ground. He picked up a plate and a cup, then turned to the fridge. It was one of those old iceboxes with a lock and everything. He turned the latch and swung the small thing open, gathering a cut of leftover pork as well as a carton of orange juice. He poured a glass and emptied the box of leftovers onto the plate, then returned to the bedroom.
"My family's carnivorous, so we don't have a lot of plant stuff if that's what you eat. Please, show yourself," He encouraged, placing the meal at the opposite side of the room, just out of the creature's reach, but also as far away from him as it could be.
"I'm letting you know now, this is going to sting," He warned her. He then approached her from behind. He sat down on his knees and placed a gentle hand on her shoulder, avoiding the spines and pricks that protruded from it. He then slowly used his claws to extract each shard of glass. He'd then take the towel in his other hand and dab away the blood that continued to excrete from her wounds. Soon, the shards were all in a pile on the ground next to him, and he poured the alcohol over the towel, "Take a deep breath for me, alright?"
A few moments later, he quickly pressed the alcohol-soaked towel onto her back, tying the towel around her chest to keep it in place.
"Oh," He thought it was strange that she didn't know what he was holding, but he decided not to question it, "You press the button with the letter you want, and it'll show up here,"
He pressed the letter 'A', and it popped up on the screen next to a blinking cursor. He then deleted it. "You can make sentences by pressing space between each word."
He then slowly typed out, "Hi my name is Tusk," for her to see. "Can you read that?"
Tusk let her play with it for a while. He hoped that she was a quick learner and that she could learn to write sentences soon. He was absolutely curious as to how she ended up here. "It's a phone. You use this to communicate with people. Some phones can have games and cameras on them, but mine is built purely for talking with people," He explained, "Do you think you can write a sentence for me?"
(Pfft it's okay. My ways are contagious XDD)
"Subject? What does subject mean? Are you lab-born?" He never thought he'd see someone like her. She must have escaped, but why? Maybe the labs aren't as good as they claim to be. He suddenly felt his stomach knot up with regret. He shouldn't have hunted her in the first place.
"Alright," was all Tusk could think of saying. He didn't know if he wanted her staying in the house, but he also didn't want her out their on her own. If she didn't know what a phone was, she certainly wouldn't know the threats of their modern world. "You can stay on one condition... You help me clean up this place."
Tusk sighed and pulled the covers off the bed and over her, "Just.. sleep well, wouldja?"
Tusk then left to do his best to clean up the mess she'd made. Countless ceramic and china treausures had crashed to the floor in Nightfall's attempt to search for food. He took a broom and swept up the shards, throwing them in the trash. He flipped chairs and tables back onto their feet and placed pots and pans back on their shelves. The whole night he spent undoing the mess she made, and it wasn't until sunrise that he finally crashed on the couch in the mainroom. His soft snores, muffled by a pillow, quietly filled the room's ambience.
(Pfft exactly XD)
Tusk squirmed in his sleep, tossing and turning. Nightmares of labs and experiments tormented him in his rest, his mind running wild with the old campfire stories he used to hear about experiments gone wrong and lab misbehavior. The possibility that any of that being true haunted him. By the time the orange rays of morning shed light through the windows, Tusk had rolled himself onto the floor, and he woke up with a jolt.
"Yeah, no. I didn't. Had a couple nightmares. Nothing to worry about," Tusk rubbed his eyes. He watched her eat for a few seconds, but he didn't spend long. "I'm gonna see what I can do to fix the door. If you want, you can come with me when you're finished. I'll be in the shed out back."
He'd walked to the shed and swung its old creaky door open. Inside were an assortment of tools from gardening to carpentry. He sifted through the lottery, then pulled up an ax. He dusted it off and admired the blade; then, he headed off to chop some wood.
