Is it Flowley from Undertale? When I was younger, I watched some of Monster High's webisodes on their website and they're some suggestions when the video would end and would show other videos that wern't made by the creators of monster high themselves and instead were from youtube. (And at that time I was NOT allowed to watch go and watch random stuff on youtube nor be on it at all) Sometimes it would take us to the site but we would immediately get off from youtube before it lead us any further, but, it would usually not take us to youtube to watch it but instead stay on the website and just play that random video on there. So skipping over to undertale-
