I had this idea that Cupie was an imaginary friend for ariahnna when she was at her saddest times, and led her to a killing spree, killing all that she sees, then leading to her to look in a mirror, as Cupie reassured her, saying it's the right thing to do. Everyone dead, she killed herself, leading Cupie to not exist.
