many many years into the future where humanity was driven from the surface to the underground due to a harsh infection going around turning humans into monsters based on their environment. humanity thought they were safe underground so they explored the long old pipelines that were now their home only for the exploration team to go missing. some residents and military personnel searched only to find a strange pack of monsters with no eyes, stretched-out arms, digitigrade legs, sharp teeth, and no eyes. the monsters usually leave the humans alone as long as they're quiet. A few months later a monster that was alone attacked the colony and was killed by military personnel with guns, scientists took its corpse and analyzed it, turns out they are a hive, females infect humans and males hunt for humans to infect or feed on. males cant infect humans. Females and Males are the same in physical appearance. The next day another monster came alone and faced the colony of humans, but didn't attack, it was captured--

--and tested on for a cure or weaknesses. weakness: Sun/UV light, Loud high-pitched noises, being alone from any living creature (causes anxiety), hunger enhanced strengths: Smell, Touch, Hearing, Echo-location, Memory (this specific Pipe Dweller is a female, all females are called "queens" like a beehive. her claws and spit are a way to infect humans. although this specific "queen" is a juvenile.)
