its good but also so ****ing horrible being such a big empath when one of my friends is in pain it feels like i worry so bad and feel so sorry that it hurts me so bad

i hate when any of my friends are upset. in pain. scared. sick. its so ****ing unbearable seeing them unhappy

it makes me sick to my stomach knowing some things are inevitable

that i cant just magically fix everything
