No you shouldn’t, you must find a way to deal with the stress. Of course you’re not feeling so well because the cortisol in your body has nowhere to go. I know it’s hard but to be able to handle it you have to come to terms with the fact that everything won’t always go according to plan so you must move with the situation, not always try to control it or just give up. Ik a lot more goes into your situation but it might be a good start. And maybe you should pick up working out a bit? I find that doing so helps me wake up in a better mood it’s it’s easier to bounce back from negativity. Also helps get rid of the extra cortisol horomones. It can be as little as thirty minutes a day.

I apologize if it doesn’t/didn’t seem like I care but I genuinely want to give you a way out of this. At least give working out a try? I can’t console you or anyone for that matter and I can’t talk correctly for a conversation but I can only give solutions.
