Sonia's parent's seemed to be the perfect fairy-tale. Her dad was a human and her mom was a mermaid. Her dad was a different human though, he had a water harnessing power. When Sonia was born, it was above water, therefore making her look human. After a couple years of the human living on the beach so he could see their daughter. One day, someone came to kill all of the mermaids. They killed Sonia's mom and dad. After years of staying on land in a foster home, they took all of the kids to the beach to play. When Sonia jumped in the water, she turned into a bright purple and red mermaid. She swam for hours until she heard voices calling for her. She didn't return and the foster home left without her.When she finally came to land, someone asked her if they knew about mermaids, she didn't even know what they meant and said no. After years and years in the ocean, another mermaid came to her, the other mermaid said how she was invited to attend FA high. She wondered about it and accepted the invite.

Now, she's a mentor at FA high...
