I think that even though we all need to work on things, your art is amazing and people should appreciate it for what it is and the idea behind it, rather than the problem areas. You're awesome, and deserve to be treated as such.

hhh I'm gonna be the one to sound like a ***** here welp. I so agree with you, but only partially. and it's hard to explain because there's a very thing line between constructive criticism, and straight up criticism. yes, I don't think that saying flat out this is bad is a good thing, but the anatomy is off is a little better. yeah, there are haters who do this, but half the time people want to held you improve, but their art knowledge is limited. hhh that probably sound like such bs

I hate that too. I actually remember once I spent SIX hours on a piece of art on a different site (sketch) without eating or taking any breaks, and I got ONE comment That comment went something like: “The shoulder is very wonky and the colours are a bit off, I can’t tell where the light is coming from. It’s okay but you’ve got a lot to work on.” I was actually very put down by that
