i am bothered by so much atm but i don't want to talk abt any of it because it doesn't rlly matter to anyone else so it shouldn't matter me so ! plus i don't want to bother people about my emotions anymore because i feel i'm dragging their mood down and that makes me feel guilty and feel i have no right to speak on my emotions or thoughts or feelings !! no matter hwo many ppl tell me its okay my brain still thinks i'm being self centered and selfish !!!! so yeha gn :]
