---------------------------------------- Looks: Males can range from colors such as deep purples and blues to vibrant cyans and greens. -- Females can be up to about the same color range as males, but will include darker more neutral colors such as different variants of brown or tan. -- A Pouli can range from having four to ten eye-patterned frills either on its head, along its neck, or on its tail. ----------------------------------------

---------------------------------------- Hunting: Using the frills on its head, a Pouli will hide its scent, and hide waiting for its prey. The frills have a specific eye pattern that mimics a type of bird native to its area that usually stays in groups; it uses these frills as bait allowing them to stick out while hiding the rest of its body. Once the prey comes close enough, it will use its whip-like tail and create an almost glass shattering sound that stuns its prey momentarily. It will use its hooves and either pin it to the ground or kick it into a nearby rock, choosing to either break the prey's neck with its large hooves or bash its head into a rock for a somewhat quick finishing method. ----------------------------------------

(Forgot to add it also uses the eye-patterned frills on its head, wings, and at times tail to intimidate other creatures. The creatures are usually intimidated because many larger creatures in the area usually have more eyes compared to smaller ones. ^^)
