The wolf stepped back from the group of wolves. “I don’t have much to live for anymore”, the wolf thought and closed his eyes, preparing for the worst. He opened one eye a little to see a white figure standing in front of him. He opened both eyes to focus on the white wolf with a fascinating-looking tail. He looked at the other tiny figure and tried to make out what it was. A cat maybe? It looked like both a wolf and cat with wings but he didn’t care much about what the thingy looked like. Then suddenly the white wolf barked bodly, “ Leave him alone! What do you want with him anyways?” The wolf who seemed to be the leader barked back angrily, “ This loner was trespassing on our territory!” “So?”, the white wolf retorted back. The leader narrowed his eyes as the white wolf seemed to have offended him. The leader raised a paw with unsheathed claws and was about to swipe the white wolf in the face but then the gray cat looking thing head-butted the leader wolf.

“Leave Nebular alone!”, the gray cat looking thing said. Oh.. So her name is Nebular. It suits her well as her tail did look like a nebular galaxy. “Oh so you want to taste a swipe from me don’t you cat?”, the leader said as he easily batted the cat down. “Aspen!”, Nebular cried with alarm. The wolf closed his eyes praying for everyone to be ok. Suddenly a blinding flash of red knocked the leader down away from Aspen. “Wha-”, the leader’s voice was cut off with a thud. The wolf reopened his eyes to see a red wolf. Nebular and Aspen walked up to the wolf, careful not to startle him. “A-are you ok? umm whoever you are”, Aspen stuttered. The wolf looked up into Aspen’s eyes hesitating. “ My name is Zakari and yes I am fine thanks to you..”
