LinkI just thought of a new Oc, His undercovername is the Headless Horesmen he was a buisness man that commited a crime of murder and later was crushed in an earthquake, he was trapped under the rubble and his ghost was trapped on earth. He lost all of his previous memory and became a detective. He obtained robotic parts that he could uses as somewhat of a human body

Linkhe sometimes get flashbacks of his old self and the crimes he commited. that gives him alot of flaws and he kinda has a good cop bad cop kinda thing, not all heroes are "perfect"
It's outline-less, it has good shading and highlights. Textile looks like textile, steel looks like steel
If you want to know what you could do better.. hm maybe, and I think that's what bugs us here, all the lines (shading/lighting/surface borders) are somewhat rough. A further (admittedly time costly) step of smoothen out all the borders would have raised this from a good art to a high class art
So, I think it all boils down to - just a little bit more patience can benefit your art greatly!!
