LinkXenopronouns are used by autistic people to feel more comfortable with gender and being labed; xenophobic is not the right term for it though and should be labeled as something different.
as an autistic person its not ableist for people to not wanna use them or be confused by them, that's why most cases then not people have second sets of pronouns for people that are confused.
its ok to feel uncomfortable while using them for others but never harass someone for wanting to feel more comfortable being labeled because not everyone will understand everything.

LinkI'm not gonna pick fights with anyone that's why I'm saying it here but this is my take on it as an autistic person that struggles with labeles and gender.

LinkBut also in some cases it is ableist to not use them just because that person has a hard time with gender and labels.
