Simplify the shapes!!! Start off with simple wide shapes for the torso like circles and pears and draw over them!
Also remember that usually, not only the torso is fat, but other body parts too. Like the arms, the legs the face, the neck, etc etc, go crazy on the fat if u want lol
ALSO also, dont be afraid to draw the belly!! I see a lot of people asking why their fat character doesnt look fat but its bcs of the belly!!! Draw the belly!!!!!
