In all seriousness though, don't beat yourself up if you've changed. I used to be horrible but I don't really feel guilty about it anymore because I've grown. I still cringe at it, and it disgusts me but I know that isn't me anymore, and if anything I should rejoice in the fact that I've changed, and I think you should do the same.
to be honest, true, im not like my past self anymore and i shouldnt worry about it because ive changed a lot. im not the problematic child i used to be.
