Its important to move on when its hurting you. They don’t care about you, that’s why they used you. Its hard to forget, but it can be made easy. A human mind can have only one thought at a time, so you just have to get that thought out of your mind by having some other thought. That way you can easily forget and move on. Sometimes you got to show that they were wrong, in this situation, go by steps, first try to talk to them and tell them that they did it wrong (Mostly this works). If they don’t listen, tell ask your mutuals to do that If that doesn’t work too, you can suggest more ways.

Karma, please don't hurt yourself, if you feel like you're gonna, call either the police (they help with suicides and cutting actually) or the national suicide hotline. People care for you, I know it's hard to believe, but trust me, people do care. You make people happy, and we love you. If they love you for your body, leave them. They shouldn't want you just for your body, and you shouldn't have to feel as if you owe it to them, and if you don't want to show it to them, you shouldn't.
You have no idea how much some people truly care about you...I don't care about your body, how 'easy you are to manipulate', which you're not, and simply that I hate you.
