it's a thing I'm born with my baby sister was recently discovered to have it as well

Nose bleeding for me, after comes internal bleeding (only little drops of blood tho)

for me, it happens due to dehydration and especially heat

for my baby sis, it's just dehydration but it's not easily cured for any of us, especially me
