Pro (Best) - Underrated community for a Pretty great anime (If you exclude like the first 20ish episodes, the rest is sweet). Great artists here too in the fandom.
Con (Worst) - Some dudes I know including youtubers that are part of the fandom seem to spoil the manga (and maybe the anime) to others too early, and like the people who translate the manga do cause some controversy over what's really happening in the manga.

LinkWhat I mean by people translating the manga is the people who are doing it early before Viz releases the official manga on sundays. I don't mean it's Viz who's doing the controversy, it's the early translators.

LinkThe Things I hate is when people complain about the Animation in this Anime, saying the animators are lazy or stuff Like that. It's simply Not true, of Course a weekly Anime is going to have worse Animation overall than a Seasonal one with 25 episodes and 1+ year of time to make them. Also anybody saying the animators are lazy is just disrespectful, they are giving their god damn best, they are overworked as hell and people tell them to "stop being lazy". The funny thing is they pull Out These amazing Fight scenes and people are Just Like WhY iSnT eVeRy EpIsOdE lIkE tHaT??? I would honestly Love to See more people appreciate that the Team is already exceeding their limits and pulling Out the best Animation they can do for the week.

I heard something about the SU fandom where when you draw a certain character from the show and make it different, the fandom looks at you as an outcast in society. Most of this I'm pretty sure took place in that dump site known as Tumblr and maybe Twitter for all I know.
Uhh, Deathnote fandom, people ship characters that don't even romantically correlate with one another. Im fine with shipments but shipping a character that murdered the person you're shipping them with? I don't get it lol. The best part is the fan art, I love seeing other people's work, it's amazing.

Worst- People who sexually ship two characters when Damon and Jamie clearly said that this band is for kids, people who enetered the fandom and only listen to the songs that made it on the radio and claim the rest are shit, (Like "Clint Eastwood" and "Feel Good Inc.) They put down other members for not having as much merch or listened to many of their songs.

Really bad fanfictions can be both a curse and a blessing- they can either make you cringe so hard your nose falls off OR they can make you laugh so hard your lungs collapse. It's the best for when you're really tired, too, because everything just seems way funnier
got two favorite fandoms but uh
undertale:
con: i mean...its undertale. literally every aspect of the fandom is ruined in some way
pro: really good animations, some pure wholesome fanfictions, theories and alot fanart is actually p neat
my hero academia
con: shipping wars. awful ships. i've seen people literally shipping an abusive father and his son like pls stop i beg. also people lewd 15-16 year olds its disgusting
pro: everything else!! is actually alright!! fanart is great for the most part and people come up with good theories
fandom: Unikitty
best part: the best part is that everyone support each other,they come up with the most amazing AUs and fan fictions, we are obsessed with the same character, and its just crazy that even 16-19 year olds like this cartoon, i mean its for 7 year olds, but thats fine with me! also the show has two characters who are (confirmed by producer) gay. in one episode, there were lesbian rockets, and that made lots of people in the fandom very happy. So the show really supports LGBTQ+
worst part: im sure this is a common bad thing in fandoms, but its ships. eUGHhhHHHHHH some ships are horrible! you're really gonna ship a handsome emoji boy with a trash bag- O-O no maam- there are few people who ship unikitty and puppycorn (they're freaking brother and sister) like cmon why u gotta be like that. Some art is really disturbing like, gore, p*rn, etc. It makes me want to punch whoever had to go out of their way and spend 2 or more hours working on some disgusting art of an innocent kid's show U-U
Jjba (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure)
Worst part: Annoying people who speak in JoJo's references and generally disturb the peace. Also a lot of weird incest and romanticization of young kids and animals (Mostly in doujins). I get feeling attracted to someone who looks like a young adult at least, but the kid and animal things are weird.
Best part: Plenty of content to enjoy. I actually really like seeing all the weird pairings people come up with between characters who haven't really interacted because it's interesting to see all the dynamics between characters. Like, of course Dio and Jonathan would never actually have romantic feelings for one another, but A:It looks hot and B:It's more of a "What if?" Same for Jotaro and Kakyoin. They barely interact with each other in canon, but they look good together, so they're really popular. I think it's fun.
Fandom: Eddsworld. Worst part: the god awful sin art. Best part: the show itsself

The best part is undoubtably that there’s no headcanon, so it’s a bunch of stories and personalities with no restrictions.
The worst part is some of the ships such as Third Reich x USSR or Poland x Reichtangle, plus all of the incest ships.
