stop venting and just do like 20 side to side sit ups befor u go to bed and in like a week you should have llost like 3-5 pounds
but dont not eat it wont do anything if u want to actually lose weight which u probably dont need to then u need to maintain a healthy diet so basically dont sip chocolate pudding from a straw when ur in bed cuz oof yeah :<
