its different for everyone but for me personally like to wear noise canceling headphones, and being in a dark room, in bright room i put preasure on my eyes /face with my fists (id recomend getting something like a spikey/prickly ball for presure if you need it

Ah didnt see the top comments, id reccomend:
Headphones (idealy noise canceling if not play a song you really like or one that calms you down)
Keepign your eyes shut
pressure (may seem harmful but if needed maybe try grabing or rubbing your arms, covering your face, etc. OR use something that might be around you in the car to push/rub against your skin/clothes.)
Maybe humming??
