Since Ashton isn't fully an Uchiha,(he only took the name) it's impossible for him to awaken the sharingan in any way of trying. However on the 'battlefield' as his friend, Kiyomi Uchiha (Kiyomi meaning: pure beauty) has been at the edge of dying by bloodloss, she offered her sharingan to her dear friend who refused at first. Kiyomi explained that she wanted to help him fit in the clan by offering the power of it, Ashton slightly agreed.
