Your artsytle is more simple um maybe try mouths and noses the neck is to long and thin but other than that its good!
Its a lot going on in some spots practice with shading and yeah!
Ooo i like how its realistic um maybe practice on background and add more detail to the stem id say but its pretty good!
Ok, so I would say that was good practice. You need to earn the anatomy of n hand tho, since it looks wonky. I would also suggest cleaning up that sketch,, because maybe that is the reason why it looks odd other then the anatomy.
The skin color is kinda weird the eyes on some go off the head and onto the hair and are so big u cant have any room for cheeks
Maybe work on the anatomy theres a lot of stuff going on like colors and maybe practice on the background!
