I’ve seen a lot of people use clay, and it works out really well they usually paint it, Idk if I’ve seen foam ones but that’s cool!! The ears on mine are made out of foam and fur lol, and I recently made a nub tail

The eyes you can go to the fabric store and ask for this thing called “mesh” I painted that teal (you can use any color) and then after a hot glued the eyes on I added a little dot of white to make the pupil and let it dry
