Let's just say all of this started when someone asked about if lgbtq+ is a sin last week or so. He answered by belief and now people are disliking him because they say that he is a homophobe.

But, Aaron doesn't like the sin (acting upon temptation of having ... with the same gender) but still loves the sinner (people who do that), he is just following Jesus' example like how Jesus sits to eat with sinners like cheaters and prostitutes. He doesn't like the sin, but yet He shows love to them.

In other words, people took the "hating upon sin" as "hating the lgbtq+ for that", and they concluded that he is still a homophobe or transphobe

Well, most(not all, thank goodness) of the lgbtq+ community got offended by this and so Aaron posted an apology for them. Some took it, others need more time to recover, while others just simply can't take it.
