Instead of just telling you what to fix I’ll give tips
If you want to get better at anatomy you should try to deconstruct a human figure into basic **3d** shapes and draw it in different poses while keeping the same shapes
If you want your poses to be less stiff, try drawing outside of your normal art style and use a lot of exaggerated shapes and angles in your sketches. Do NOT be afraid to make it ugly. the end result doesn’t matter, just the techniques you pick up during the process
