LinkBasically either your a normal civilian or you work with the cops, please specify, and are at a cozy little cafe. You are enjoying some coffee and a bagel when you start to look over at your surroundings. You look at the people and see a quite well known murderer, Nico, drinking some coffee and eating cookies at his table.
