I'm pretty happy with this, I think! It doesn't really have any animation, but it still looks good (I actually animated the lip movements for the whole thing, but it ended up looking really bad so I just scrapped that :/)

LinkI feel like, considering the arc of their characters (this is Adaira (attached) and the forest spirit person who I will give links to below), they actually would listen to each other's heartbeats soon after meeting. I kind of made up the clothing though: if they did do this, then at this point in the series Adaira would still be wearing a tattered nightgown, not this fancy clothing.
