mk dude,you did make your life this way,you do worry about people but that isn't bad.you do have problems,just like everyone else,and just like everyone else those problems are important.some people just dont know how to deal with other peoples problems though,so even if you dont know it people are listening.if you keep looking at sad things of course you're gonna get sad.you need to look somewhere else,where you're happy and comfortable.i think you're just stressed man,a thing i do is just do something i love a lot again and again.and if you get angry try to rationalize the situation,think if its actually how bad you think it is and focus on the good thing about it.you aren't alone dude,you aren't bad and if you keep looking at the trashy things in life you're gonna think it is trash (sorry if this didn't make sense lmao)
