LinkSo you/your oc was out shopping for food with your/their friend Void. They/you were in the pasta isle with him, when before you knew it, there was a gun shot, and a person in front of the isle fell. Void pushed you/you oc out of the way, then another bang, Void falling over. the shooter moved on, void laying there, shot in the ribs. Wwyd?
Ill start-
*she lets them bleed out, in shock she was just freezed up*

he curled up a little, his eyes wet with pain.

"She Unfroze, and ran To them"
A-Are you okay WE NEED to get you TO THE hospital!?!
"Tears were running down her face as she was breathing heavily"
he groaned a little. "That.... really hurts," he said weakly.
"She picks Him up slowly and carried them running to the back door trying to find another exit"
I-Its gonna be okay ! i promise..
It sounded like the other people in the store got the shooter under control. Void was tall, sure, but really light.
"She walked Out the backdoor and Got In her car That was parked in the front, she started to drive to the hospital while holding down void's wound"
Do you feel..uh l-lightheaded ? do you need some water...?
he nodded drowsily, his eyelids dropping, his energy seeping out of him
"she Got a bottle of water from The back and opened his mouth,"
H-Here drink up !! *she poured some water in his mouth"
"As he swallowed she pulled up to the hospital and quickly rushed him inside"
"she told the doctors what happend and they took Void away"
"she was waiting in the waiting room"
"He'll... live." The nurse said gently. "He'll be weak for a few months, most likely being in a wheelchair during that time.
"before the approached the door she slapped the nurse out the way and ran into void's room*
Void looked up at her, waving weakly. he was connected to oxygen and all bandaged up, his vitals beeping in the background.
"she ran over to him and hugged him softlY" Im glad your okay !!!
"she stops hugging void and glares at him for a sec and her eyes sparkle"
He looked up at her, tilting his head a little, his way of saying "What?" without actually talking
Me either if im being honest i was for sure id lose you..."void could hear her crying a bit"
He looked at her. "Well, apparently I am made of tough stuff-" he joked half-heartedly
"she chuckled a bit then looked at void once more, She pat his head"
I'm gonna go get some food for us to eat would you like anything..?
"We are feeding him what he can in his condition," a nurse peeped up
"oh..Okay Well ill see you lated void !!, while leaving she pulled the nurse hair while walking by-"
oops sorry tch-
"She came back The next day With A tablet Void could play on and draw on"
"she walked in and sat next to him and held his hand"
h-hey wake up sleepy head ^^ *she rubbed his hand a bit*
"She stood up and void could see her cheeks were a bit red" s-so I uh Got you a tablet you can play or draw on !!

His expression lit up a bit. "Oh! thank you! you- you didnt have to,"
..I-I just didnt want you to feel idk blocked out from the outside world !! ^^ so we can video chat on here talk and you can talk to your other friends

he messaged her on the Ipad- so that she had his number. "Is now a good time to call?"
"Yeah, sorta. I get discharged in a few days.. have to be in a wheelchair though-" he said

"she wiped her mouth and drunk some soda"
"Alright im kinda tired.. *she yawned* ill maybe pick you up in a few days okay ?
Void is in a wheelchair, finishing the discharge instructions
Void curled up on the floor a little, his hands trying to cover where he got shot, groaning with pain
His adrenaline kicked in, and quickly rushed to Void, lifting him up.
Void slumped a little, almost like a very study- and well- bloody doll.
"..that hurt so bad," he remarked weakly
"Don't speak, it's going to hurt more." He rushed to his car, panicked and nearly ripped off/jammed the handlebar.
Void obliged, not making any comment, trying to remain conscious
He put Void in the back seat to lay down then turned on the car, and slammed on the pedal.
He pulled up to the nearest hospital, got out of the car and took Void with him. He then proceeded to book inside and scream: "HELP, SOMEONE HAS BEEN SHOT!"
Voids head rolled. He was out. Nurses rushed forward to help-
"Noo, Void please stay with me!" The Nurses took Void to the ICU while I stayed in the waiting room.
"Do you need me to sign something?" "Is he ok or.." He asked many questions.
"He'll live, hes an adult, he can sign his own papers," the nurse said, holding the clipboard close
"*insert room here*. He's, well, not in the best condition."
"That's fine." He walked into the room and was glad to see Void alive.
Void looked up at him as he walked in. he was hooked up to oxygen, bandaged up, his vitals showing on a screen.
He sat down and gave Void a light hug. "I hope you get better soon." "I think we will order fast food from now on." He chuckled.
