It is good for me.. There's always something to cry about.. Usually Im just feeling down, or find a dead animal and need to have a good cry..

Oh shoot.. Lol thanks.. That helps a lot lol. I dont have depression, but I hear it gets pretty bad.. I can FEEL depressed sometimes but thats it :/ my mom has it bad.
