to make it a bit smoother you make the body, and then click the duplicate frame and make an estimate as much as you need, then make the eye base slowly close. (make sure you do an fully open eye on the first frame!) then make it close like i said frame by frame. then copy the first few frames for it to look like a loop. I hope this helped you improve! :)
