After many long minutes we finally got Kyle to come with us. “If that thing turns into a Godzilla-type monster, you guys are on your own” said Kyle. As we walked up to the thing I could see his features more clearly now, he was kinda scaly and his teeth looked like they could rip a rhino apart. It had something around it’s neck it kinda looked like a necklace with….WERE THOSE HUMAN TEETH?!?! I started feeling uneasy I looked at Kyle, now cowering in even more fear than before, and at Nichole, she looked confident and like nothing could hurt her. Then I looked into her eyes and I saw something I didn’t expect….fear. I looked at the monster again, now about 10 feet away. I took a deep breath and said, “uhhh, hi!”. The thing looked at me with it’s one red eye, he had an eyepatch on the other. The thing said “hello! How are you this beautiful morning?” His voice was raspy but kinda sounded like a 5 year old. “Ummmm, fine how about you?” I responded. “I’m doing wonderfully!”

LinkIt extended its oversized hand and said “My name is Oliver, nice to meet you!” I stared at his hand ‘Damn, he’s got a big hand!’. I shook his hand (well…..I tried to) and said, “ Nice to meet you Oliver! I’m Daniel, but you can call me Dan!”. He looked at Nichole and Kyle, they looked amazed that I was talking to i-i mean Oliver. “Are these your friends?” asked Oliver. “Uhhhh….yeah…” I pointed at Kyle, “... that’s Kyle…” then I pointed at Nichole, “... and that’s Nichole” she blushed a little when I said her name and Oliver whispered, “ Is she more than your friend?”. I blush, “NO, she’s just my friend” I told Oliver. He raises an eyebrow, “ok…..”.
