maybe I'm weak or soemthign but if I was emotionally hurt I would want to go thoiugh that AND physical pain

Idk how to explain it because in that moment I’m not myself
It’s like everything is falling apart nothing matters and if I was hurt what’s the point I worrying
And then when I get out of that awful mood I feel ashamed and guilty
But it’s like a weird cycle
I mean I haven’t done sh in a really long time but that’s how it goes for me
its just where u get to the point where u literally think u dont want to live
just like how beck said, its where u feel like nothing matters, and you feel like u r a huge weight for everyone and for me i felt like i deserved it because of how much im setting everyone behind and other personal reasons
