you can stop I know you can, just don't give into the urges. maybe draw on your hand and wash it off after, or take your anger out by drawing? you have a lot of artistic talent, so maybe use them to your benefit. I really hope you feel better soon and please please please don't sh again <33
please don’t hurt yourself. It’s not worth it, and there are other things that might help, like watching a movie, playing games, or drawing.
