Basically you were outside one day taking a stroll when you see a daycare. You look through the window and see Toony playing with the kids. And he looked pretty happy too.

Burry smiled, holding back a small laugh seeing Toony playing with the kids. As someone who interacted with kids a lot he enjoyed seeing them have fun.
He laughed a bit, tapping the window gently to see if he could get Toony's attention.
His ears flicked to the tap, nd he looked over. He immediately looked embarrassed.
Some of the kids looked over at Burry and squeaked.
"Nonono!" He cursed silently.
Burry smiled at the kids, waving at them with a giggle glancing at Toony before back at the kids. "Never thought you'd be good with kids-" He laughed though obviously a bit muffled from the glass separating them.
He rolled his eyes, walking to the door to enter the building so the glass wouldn't be an issue.
He walked in looking at him "Daycare huh? Not the kinda place i'd expect to find you."
"Oh no no not at all- it's adorable actually, just unexpected ya know? You don't seem like the type to like kids." He shrugs a bit, looking around the daycare a bit.
He narrowed his eyes. "Ha ha, big broody dog has a cute wittle soft side. So adorable."
"Yep, I couldn't have worded it better myself." he laughs a bit "So- how long you worked here and why am I only just now learning about it huh?"
"Years I've worked with these cuties." He ruffled one of their hairs. "And I find it very odd to be so tough yet love kids. Soooo I kept it a secret."
"Years??? Dude you know I love kids too you could have just told me- I'd only tease you a little bit." He looks at the kids before back at Toony.
"Awe are your feelings that fragile? Can't even handle a little teasing?" He laughs a bit, raising an eyebrow at him.
"I sure can, but I'd prefer it not." He puffed out his cheeks stubbornly.

Flare: *he stared at Toony through the window* ...
He picked up a kid and held them close, smiling and cuddling them.
Flare: ... *he knocked on the window lightly to get his attention, a soft smile on his face but it was fake*
Flare: *he tilted his head slightly, a crazed smile growing on his face*
(He would scar these kids for life-

He growled and ordered the kids into his office. Once they all hid he went to the door and opened it. "Can you not scare these kids?" He snarled.
Flare: *he giggled wildly and glared at him* Nobody knows the truth about you out here, but the people on the inside know ALMOST everything. Better watch your ass caretaker.
"Listen kid, you better crawl back to your little cave before I kick your ass into it." He glared back.
Flare: *he seemed unfazed by that and smiled wide, almost like he was inviting him to do it*
"You harm any of these fvcking kids and I rip your spin out of your stupid little body." He kicked Flare onto the ground and closed the door, locking it.
Flare: *he got up quickly and glared at him through the glass before running off*
(Should we do a time skip to when they all fight?
Also who is the leader of the gang Flare is in?)

So I want Boba to be the leader of Flare's gang-

Flare: ... *he was sitting on the couch just staring at the tv*

Maybe the Sun gang can team up with your gang to take down Toony's? ))

(So basically Flare is on the couch being his lazy self when Scar comes into the room and tells him that they are teaming up with the Sun gang.)
Scar: *he walked into the room and tapped Flare* Get up.
Flare: Why should I?
(Have the leader walk into the room.)
Scar: We have visitors.
Flare: Hell if I care. Nobody cares about me so I just stay in here.
Flare: *he raised a brow and looked at him* ...What?
Scar: I told Solar here that you are my best man, a great fighter and basically just a psychopath but you work great with everyone else.
Flare: ... *he nodded a bit*
Scar: That is a uh...sensitive subject for him. He has a good reason to hate him but he has never told us why.
(What if Toony murdered Flare's parents?)

"Well, I want his territory. But i cant beat him alone."

Flare: ...So you need our help?
Scar: Exactly. He needs us to help and if we team up we can get more out of the city.
"Exactly. Kid, this could be the chance you wanted. Work with me. And we'll take down that skank once and for all.
Flare: *he thought for a moment, remembering the children Toony was taking care of* ...Okay...but we keep him and his gang alive.
Scar: *he looked at Flare like he was out of his mind* What?! Keep them alive?! What kind of idiot are you?!
"Whats the point of even teaming up if we dont take him down?!" He snapped.
Flare: I...can't explain. Just trust me. If we give them hell but keep them alive they will NOT strike back. I guarentee it.
Scar: ... *he looked at Solar then groaned in frustration and walked out*
"No, you dont know him then! They will not just let you control them! They WILL strike back!"
Flare: Then you don't know me. At least I have mercy for others at times. *he glared at him with crazed eyes before sitting down again*
Scar: *he was on the couch in the main room, holding his head in his hands in frustration* ...
He scoffed and walked out, then sat beside Scar. "He doesnt understand what Toony is capable of and what he does. He wont just NOT strike back. He keeps on fighting and its so annoying."
Flare: *he heard that and shot his pistol at him, the bullet barely going by his ear* Watch it or I'll make the next shot hit your brain.
Scar: o-o I think he's serious though.
He wasnt scared, glaring at Flare. "Toony will strike back. I know he will. He always does."
Flare: *he looked back at him, he didn't look fazed by this* If I can talk to him then maybe he won't strike back.
Scar: ...What do you mean?
Flare: *he laughed* I'm not telling you. You would probably try to kill him while he wasn't aware if you knew.
Scar: ... *he looked at Solar, confused*
"Then go do it then. Right fvcking now. You dumb shit." He huffed.
Flare: *his lip twitched when he said that, he got up and walked out slowly, punching Solar in the throat hard as he walked out*
Flare: o-o'
Flare: *he started to running to Toony's gangs base, quickly getting up into the rafters* ...
Scar: *he looked at Solar and blinked* You haven't seen him when he's in a fight yet..
Flare: *he looked for anyone to talk to, if nobody was there he would leave*
Han-Jae was by the door guarding and smoking.
"There's no way Toony won't strike back if your gang strikes too."
Scar: How do you know that? Flare has a weird way with words and honestly it worries me sometimes.
Flare: *he dropped down behind him and grabbed him, covering his mouth so he couldn't scream* I am here to talk. Not fight. Don't do anything stupid.
He seemed unphased and nodded, picking up flare by the scruff and dropping him in front of Han-Jae. "Talk about what. Tell me first. Then you'll have to ask BD. Only then can you be allowed to see Toony."
"We'll see about that."
Flare: Look. Toony and all of you will be off the streets at some point but I told them to keep you all alive, they said you will strike back but if I talk to Toony I can divert a full on war from happening between us.
Scar: I'm sure he can..
"We are not leaving the streets. The streets are our home. We protect it from little cocksuckers like you." He snorted, stomping on his cigar.
Flare: *he rolled his eyes and pushed past him* I need to talk to him now. Don't try to get in my way.
Flare: *he shoved him out of the way again and started walking quicker, soon busting into Toony's room* ...
He pulled Flare back and bit his shoulder, injecting a loopy liquid into him that would relax Flare.
Toony scoffed. "Well well well. If it isn't Flare."
Flare: *he growled loudly and slammed his elbow into Han-Jae's face before getting loopy* ...
He coughed a bit but still held him tight.
"What brings you here?" He got up and approached Flare.
Flare: *he looked up at him and told Toony what he told Han-Jae* ...
He chuckled. "We're not leaving these streets, you cute little cinnamon roll. These are our streets." He growled.
Han-Jae injected a shit ton more of the loopy stuffz and then kicked Flare out of the base. He then locked the door behind him.
Flare: *when he got kicked out he just looked at the builing then started to prepare it for being burnt down to the ground*
Flare: *he didn't care, if he could at least cause some damage then he would be happy and leave*
(Fire can actually melt away cobblestone if it is hot enough.)
Flare: *he decided to just leave, not caring anymore since he had forgotten about the daycare now*
