Taking a break from the x series, I decided to do the most horrifying and twisted robot master, Dust Man from Mega Man 4. Recently, an animation made me really think of how twisted Dust Man's stage is. To us, it's just a junk yard, but for a robot, like Mega Man, it is essentially a massive zombie graveyard, but at least humans are buried properly, unlike robots, which just get piled up on one another, some just barely functioning. Mega Man is a pacifist, but saves the world for the greater good, even if it means having to fight his robot brethren, and what is his reward? Having to see them roasted alive, and the torment of having to put another one down. The stage theme is also a stark contrast from the rest of the game's upbeat and fast movement, his is slow and dreadful. Truly frightening.
