It also helps you figure out solutions and care about it a little less as it continues to be a conversation Journalism If you dont like talking, you can write! Additionally, brainstorming ideas to help with your situation can come to you best when you're sitting down and expressing your thoughts Breathing People like to mock this but if you really focus on it, you're not breathing properly to get your mind out of a bad space. Breathe slowly, let your body calm itself Can't fix it? Don't worry about it. If you cant fix it, majority of the time it doesn't truly matter to the course of your life. I get mourning and being hurt, everyone's allowed to have that, but if you cant control it, cope, and dont pause life because of it. Growing stagnant in the face of sadness breeds depression and you deserve to live.

Take this with a grain of salt, these are just ways I cope Another one is art, however I actively discourage opening up to strangers online. It can damage your professional profile and gives online idiots ammo, but its your choice
