I'd say about an 8? Your tweening is nice and smooth, as for ways to improve, I'd suggest maybe cleaning up your lines a bit. Just, like, drawing, and re-drawing until you have the perfect smooth lines. Overall, very cute style!

Wow, really nice job on that! Imma give you aaaaaaaaa 7 and a half. I looked at the rest of you page, and you animation skills are great! Maybe practice shading a little more, you can google it or just ask around for tips.

Ohhhh yes, a 10! Your lines are so neat and your art style is very unique! I can't think of any quality advice to offer, but maybe shrinking the eyes down a little. If that's kind of your look tho, I would not blame you for sticking to it.
