They also got in an arguement last week and my parents also signed me up for softball knowing damn well its gonna end with me getting heat strokes and anziety attacks.

i've been in a similar situation, when i was five. my parents started off kinda like that..my best words of wisdom to you is if any more arguments happen, try to ignore them, cause if you let them get to you, it messes with you. als, softball does suck, and you are correct about that

situations like quarantine and parents are tough...i cant help much with the softball issue, as i know nothing cause im a swimmer, but the parent thing, its best to try and pretend nothing is happening till a argument does happen. then try to remain clam, and maybe try to calm them down
