Okie first draw Something then make another page and draw that thing again go in a little bit higher and lower the transparent a little bit into the middle and Then make another frame and copy that item again going up a little higher and set the transparency almost invisible and then for the last frame just make a blank frame And leave it that way and then speed things up all the way and on the last frame was completely white make it as slow as possible and that’s how you do it
