so if you've ever ridden a horse well I think you can relate.so I stopped riding for a bit about almost a year and then I ride it again yesterday and this morning I am so sore

I don't completely understand, but I am on the track team and I ran around 2.5 miles on my 3rd day... AND I AM SO SORE!
