core doesnt open his eyes usually, he can still see you, even with closed eyes. kinda of a trick.

no core doesnt shoot webs from his end, it kinda just, appears. the web is hard to get out of, the more you move the worse it gets. yes core can turn you into wheels of meat if he desires to. as in basically, you know how wire can cleanly cut through clay and stuff? yeah, like that but with your leg lol
