i agree with rube-pantz, im glad you're doing better
but uhhh if you start to feel panicky one thing i heard that might help was. eft tapping?? like tap your skull, eyebrow, side of eye (idk the details google it or something) and focus on the sensations?? i heard its also a good grounding exercise
