okay so here lately anytime i have to talk to people or anything happens with people(even online) ive been getting well i dont know what it is its like 100x worse than normal anxiety its like i cant breathe im sweating i literally almost start crying i just it didnt start until recently ive alwayz had social anxiety but what is this?
