In case you need to show your work
9(2-x)=3x-6
18-9x=3x-6
Divide -9 and 3 by 3
18-3x=-6
subtract 18 from both sides
3x=-24
Divide both by 3
x=-8
i'm so behind on math 😠this is the idk 3rd or so time i failed it cuz there is this one thing that iv spent months on learning but the way they taught it was trash so it screwed me over on the exam
you take the 9 and multiply with 2, to get 18 and you go from there
