Okay, so when an emo tells you "You're worse than nicotine" it usually means a good thing. It's from a Panic! At The Disco song where he talked about how addictive a girl was to him. So when an emo tells you you are worse than nicotine it is usually a compliment and they mean that they can't have enough of you. However when I say it it's basically telling you that you are killing me. If I have one cigerrette I will die due to weak lungs and inability to be in around a ten foot radius of smoke, let alone ingest it. So other emos use it as a compliment while I say it like a fake compliment when I really mean "get away from me you are actually killing me and making me lose brain cells." I love the emo community.
