LinkWell, once you get practiced you can make stuff quickly easily, and hacks/glitches make it even faster and easier.

gradient glitch
i filled in white with gradient glitch, gives a cool random shape
low opacity paint roller for the circles
low opacity eraser to give it a feeling to it
