There was this king, king Nebuchadnezzar. He was prideful of himself thinking he made himself who he is, a king. When really truly any power ordained in this world is of God (Romans 13:1)
We should humble ourselves and remember we wouldn't even be alive if it weren't for God. And the authority in this world is ordained by God. So like, yea wowzers, we should also respect authorities, but not obey everything they say if some things they say are wrong.
Some of us may think more of ourselves than there really is, and well; really all of us matter just as much as the next, with God. Overall, God is Supreme ruler.. yahhh
